Dr. Johnston graduated from the University of Utah with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. She is licensed as a Family Nurse Practitioner.  She provides care for patients of all ages. 

Dr. Johnston sees patients with all conditions to find the root cause of and treatments for:

Dr. Johnston is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of Utah Nurse Practitioners and Utah Hormone Providers.  She completed her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Brigham Young University.  Dr. Johnston is married and has 8 children.  In addition, she and her husband have been foster parents to 17 children.  She loves helping men, women, and children understand how to feel their best.  She listens to your concerns, actively involves her patients in developing a tailored plan unique to their individual health needs.  Having personal experience with Hashimoto’s, T4 to T3 conversion problems, anxiety, depression, allergies, hormone imbalances, adrenal functioning issues, and weight challenges, Dr. Johnston is well prepared to understand her patient’s needs.

When Dr. Johnston is not seeing patients, she spends her time reading, researching, gardening, exercising, spending time with her husband, children, their spouses, and her grandchildren, and serving at church.
